There is no wrong door here. Each program builds the same lasting foundations, the difference is simply the pace and depth that fits your child and your family right now.
Whichever program you choose, your child begins with an assessment. It builds the clear picture everything else is shaped around. Choose the screen on its own, or with the school picture added.

The Condensed Intensive compresses the work into three longer sessions of an hour and a half, over three days, for families who cannot commit across two weeks. As reflexes integrate and the nervous system settles, the changes often show first in the body, then ripple out into how a child feels, moves and engages with the world.
Constant fidgeting, wriggling and involuntary movement, a body that cannot quite be still.
AfterReflexes show fewer involuntary movements, and the body can rest and stay settled.
Overwhelmed and unsettled by the environment, easily knocked off balance by noise and busyness.
AfterMore settled and at ease in the world around them, able to stay present in busy spaces.
A body that works against itself, low activation, poor posture, everything taking more effort.
AfterBetter activation through the body, with more strength, control and ease in everyday movement.
Uncertain and on guard, struggling to feel safe or sure within themselves.
AfterA deeper sense of knowing and safety within self, the quiet foundation everything else grows from.
Every child is different, and progress is always their own. These are the kinds of changes families often begin to notice.
Neural pathways are built through frequency and repetition. When the work is concentrated rather than spread across a long period, we give the nervous system exactly what it needs, while it is most ready, so reflexes can integrate and steadier foundations can truly take hold.
That is why the intensive front loads the work, then eases back as those foundations settle. It is the same principle behind how children learn to walk, to talk, to ride a bike, through repeated, meaningful practice, close together in time.
Read the science behind the approachThe assessment pathway is a separate first step, and is required before any program begins. It builds the picture that your program is shaped around. Program prices listed are for the program itself.
Yes. The Condensed Intensive lays strong foundations in a short window, and many families move into ongoing maintenance work afterwards to keep building on the progress.
That is exactly why there is more than one path. The Condensed Intensive delivers focused work over just three days, and the weekly program spreads the work at a gentler pace across the term. We can talk through what suits your child and your family at your initial consultation.
Life happens, and we work with you. Reach out as early as you can and we will do our best to find another time within your program.
Many families use NDIS funding for Occupational Therapy, including self managed and plan managed arrangements. You are welcome to ask about this when you get in touch.
Both are available. For families in regional areas, sessions can be delivered online, or the assessment completed in person. Just enquire and we will find what works.
The easiest first step is a relaxed initial consultation. We can talk through your child, and find the path that feels right together.
