Comparing the Programs

Find the rhythm that suits your child

Every program builds the same lasting foundations. There is no wrong door here. The difference is simply the intensity and rhythm that fits your child and your family right now, whether that is a full block completed in the holidays, a foundational start, or individual sessions as you need them.

Before You Choose

Every journey begins with understanding

Whichever program you choose, your child begins with an assessment. It builds the clear picture everything else is shaped around. Choose the screen on its own, or with the school picture added.

The assessment is your first step, and is separate from the program you choose next.

The programs at a glance

Here is how it works. The Full Integration Intensive runs as five extended 90-minute sessions across five consecutive days, designed to sit inside a school holiday block, or spread across two weeks where consecutive days are not possible. The Foundational Intensive is four 50-minute sessions across two weeks, laying a strong base before ongoing work begins. Integrating Individual Sessions can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly or sporadically, across the term or through the holidays.

What Change Can Look Like

Small shifts that change everyday life

As reflexes integrate and the nervous system settles, the changes often show first in the body, then ripple out into how a child feels, moves and engages with the world.

Before

Constant fidgeting, wriggling and involuntary movement, a body that cannot quite be still.

After

Reflexes show fewer involuntary movements, and the body can rest and stay settled.

Before

Overwhelmed and unsettled by the environment, easily knocked off balance by noise and busyness.

After

More settled and at ease in the world around them, able to stay present in busy spaces.

Before

A body that works against itself, low activation, poor posture, everything taking more effort.

After

Better activation through the body, with more strength, control and ease in everyday movement.

Before

Uncertain and on guard, struggling to feel safe or sure within themselves.

After

A deeper sense of knowing and safety within self, the quiet foundation everything else grows from.

Every child is different, and progress is always their own. These are the kinds of changes families often begin to notice.

Common Questions

Helping you choose with confidence

Is the assessment included in the program price?

The assessment pathway is a separate first step, and is required before any program begins. It builds the picture that your program is shaped around. Program prices listed are for the program itself.

Can we start with The Foundational Intensive and do more later?

Yes, and many families do exactly that. The Foundational Intensive lays a strong base in a short window, and from there you can move into Integrating Individual Sessions, or into a Full Integration Intensive in the holidays if deeper work is indicated.

What if we cannot commit to five consecutive days?

That is exactly why there is more than one path. The Foundational Intensive spreads four sessions across two weeks, and Integrating Individual Sessions can be booked as often or as rarely as suits you. We can talk through what fits your child and your family at your initial consultation.

What happens if we need to reschedule a session?

Life happens, and we work with you. Reach out as early as you can and we will do our best to find another time within your program.

Can these programs be funded through the NDIS?

Many families use NDIS funding for Occupational Therapy, including self managed and plan managed arrangements. You are welcome to ask about this when you get in touch.

Are sessions in person or online?

Both are available. For families in regional areas, sessions can be delivered online, or the assessment completed in person. Just enquire and we will find what works.
