Classroom observation, educator consultation, parent evenings and staff workshops across the Eastern Suburbs.
A child spends most of their waking hours in a classroom. The support that works is the support the classroom can carry.
I work directly with early learning centres, preschools and schools across the Eastern Suburbs: observing children in their real environment, consulting with educators and learning support, and presenting to staff and parent communities. Everything is grounded in the same approach, looking underneath the behaviour at movement, the nervous system and a child’s sense of self, and translated into language and strategies that fit a busy classroom.
I observe a child during their ordinary school day, screen alongside state syllabus expectations, and provide a written report with clear recommendations for the classroom and home. Available at any stage of a child’s support.
A 30 minute consultation with a child’s educator, learning support or wellbeing staff, by phone or in person, to share what sits underneath what they are seeing and agree on practical strategies.
Where it suits the child and the school, individual sessions can take place on site, with parent coaching alongside so the work carries into home as well as the classroom.
A diagnosis or referral is not required for a centre, preschool or school to arrange an observation or consultation. Where an educator is noticing a child who is capable but not showing it, or a body that cannot settle, that is sufficient to begin a conversation with the family.
I present to parent groups and to the staff of early learning centres, preschools and schools across the Eastern Suburbs. Each session is practical, evidence informed and tailored to your families or your team.

The nervous system, movement, development and regulation: what sits beneath the behaviours educators and parents see every day, and what helps.
What is happening in a child’s body during a big feeling, why connection does more than correction, and how the adults around them can co-regulate through transitions and the moments that tip a child over.
What screen time does to attention, regulation and sleep, and how families can approach it without a fight.
The same support is available to families, centres and schools outside Sydney. Telehealth sessions and parent coaching run Australia wide, assessments can be completed in person on a travel-in block, and I welcome enquiries from regional centres, preschools and schools wanting a visit or a workshop.
Reach out whenever you feel ready. Together we can bring focused support home, into the everyday spaces where your child is most themselves.
